He has devoted himself to member of board of trustee of the Dr. D. Y. Patil Education Society

Mr. B D Kotkar is a Founder president   of shikshan maharshi  Dr D Y Patil Shikshan Sanstha with the blessing of Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj of sheagaon & under guidance of Dr D Y Patil ( Dada) .

The main Aim of President Mr. B D Kotkar was to promote & motivate student in education. He strived very hard to develop this education society and after observing the need & urge of 20th century which required quality teacher to built a strong nation in this competitive world. In year of 2005 onwards he started B. Ed. College & 2009 he Started M. Ed. College

Mr. Abhay B. Kotkar is Director & Trustee Of Shikshan Maharshi Dr D Y Patil Shikshan sanstha . He has Taken enormous efforts for the Development of this sanstha . He has shared the same vision like his father. Mr. B. D. Kotkar & walk on the same Path.
